3 years agoSix running backs posted 40-yard dash times in the 4.3-second range at the NFL scouting combine on Friday. Rutgers running back Isiah Pacheco and South Dakota State running back Pierre Strong both posted a 4.37-second 40, followed by North Carolina's Ty Chandler (4.38 seconds), Florida International's D'Vonte Price (4.38), Michigan State's Kenny Walker III (4.38) and Iowa State's Breece Hall (4.39). It's the most RBs to crack 4.4 seconds at a single combine since 2003 and it's also more than the combined total (five) of the last seven combines. Hall and Walker are two of the top RB prospects in this year's draft, with Hall posting an impressive 40-inch vertical as well. Hall has drawn comparisons to Le'Veon Bell and Matt Forte and could sneak into the first round next month.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
