Kyle Busch Starts From Rear For Sunday Race
3 years agoKyle Busch knew it was not good on Turn 3 Saturday. It was too late to save the No. 18 Joe Gibbs Racing car. Busch slammed into the wall after his left-rear tire gave way. As a result, the backup car was brought out. With that, it was too the rear he goes. The younger Busch has only led 1.3% of the laps over the past three seasons but does have four top-ten results. That goes along with an 8.17 average finish (fifth among active drivers). Busch should be able to move up the field pretty quickly. His car was fast enough (his backup that is) as it showed some sub-30 second potential.
