Tyreek Hill Could Land Four-Year Extension
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill, who is currently playing under a three-year, $54 million deal, could command a four-year contract extension worth roughly $85 million with over half of it guaranteed, according to league sources. The Chiefs are in contract discussions with the six-time Pro Bowler. With a $20.685 million salary cap figure for the 2022 season, the Chiefs could get some cap relief by extending one of the best and speediest receivers in the NFL. Under the current terms that are being discussed, Hill would have a new average salary of $21.25 million, which would top Keenan Allen's $20.025 million average. Among receivers, DeAndre Hopkins makes the most at with a $27 million average.
