3 years agoColorado Avalanche center Nathan MacKinnon finished with a goal and two assists in Tuesday's 5-3 loss against the Devils. The 26-year-old opened the scoring midway through the opening period on the power-play, while collecting assists on goals from forward Mikko Rantanen and defenseman Cale Makar to give the Avalanche a three-goal lead, before being shut down in the scoring production for the remainder of the contest. MacKinnon has now scored 19 goals and added 41 assists for a total of 60 points through 43 games, and the former first overall pick contributes across all fantasy formats with his offensive production on a nightly basis.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
