Raiders To Release Cory Littleton
3 years agoThe Las Vegas Raiders informed linebacker Cory Littleton that they will release him when the new league year begins next week, according to a source. Littleton had a nice year in 2021, accumulating 98 tackles (51 solo), four passes defensed, one fumble recovery and half a sack in 17 games (13 starts) for the Raiders in his second season with the team. The 28-year-old started to lose his role halfway through last year, however, due to the emergence of Divine Deablo. With Littleton's release, the Raiders will save $11.8 million in salary cap space for 2022.
