Analysis: Just when last season made us think he was finally done for, Aaron Hill sucks us back in. This season with the struggling Brewers, Hill has a very solid stat line; boasting six home runs, three stolen bases, and a slash line of .283/.359/.448. These figures don't appear to be a fluke either. While it helps that Hill moved to homer-friendly Miller Park this season, he has made solid improvements at the plate. He is striking out quite infrequently at 14.2%, he improved his HR and BB percentages to 3.6% and 10.7% respectively, and his current batting average looks very sustainable as Hill is hitting 29% of balls as line drives and has a BABIP of just .296. Hill had an OPS of just .454 in April, but has bounced back in a huge way with a 1.086 OPS in May. Hill had a BABIP of just .182 in the first month, so it looks like his luck has taken a turn for the better. Take his power/speed number of 4.o, combined with the fact that Hill has multi-eligibility in the infield, Hill is a bargain at 91% availability.
