BALLER MOVE: Grab in Late Rounds in Deep League or Snag off Waiver Wire (Current ADP: Undrafted)
ANALYSIS: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been working very hard to supply probable starter Josh McCown with similar weapons to what he had last season when he replaced the injured Jay Cutler in Chicago. With an already established WR1 in Vincent Jackson, and a notable draft pick WR Mike Evans, not many have paid much attention to the next pick that Tampa Bay made in the draft, a TE by the name of Austin Seferian-Jenkins. All three of the targets for McCown are 6’5”, providing him with an array of weapons. The TE out of Washington is at 262 lbs., making him a difficult player to match up with. He lacks breakaway speed and evasion ability, but with two other big targets on the field, ASJ is sure to get his looks. He will likely split redzone opportunities with the other big wide outs, but in college he put up more than five touchdowns in all three of his seasons, totaling 21 over his college career. He also put up 1,800+ plus yards in his three college seasons. He isn’t a must add, but at the shallow TE position and in deep leagues, he is worth keeping a very close eye on.
