BALLER MOVE: Add in Very Deep Mixed Leagues
ANALYSIS: Garcia's return this year came as a bit of a surprise, just five months after tearing the labrum in his left shoulder diving for a ball in the outfield. The White Sox may be a longshot for the postseason, but that doesn't take anything away from their excitement to have one of their future core pieces back in the lineup. The toolsy Garcia has posted a solid .288/.323/.522 triple slash line over parts of the past three seasons in the majors. He hasn't quite shown hit power or speed potential, but he is only 23, and that will come with consistent at-bats. The White Sox love his aggressiveness, both at the plate and on the basepaths, and he will be playing every day down the stretch. Given that information, consider Garcia a viable fantasy option in all AL-Only leagues and very deep mixed leagues with five outfield slots.
