BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 51% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Raise your hand if you expected Bismack Biyombo to get back like he's done in any capacity. Now if you raised it, put it down because I don't believe you just one bit. Signing Biyombo has been a true winning move by a Suns FO that keeps flexing on the whole NBA. Biyombo's last time on a court came all the way back in mid-May of last season playing for the Hornets, he didn't find a team this past fall, went to the G League to keep fighting for a chance, and ultimately found it in Phoenix covering for Deandre Ayton/JaVale McGee absences and injuries of late. And things are going smoothly for The Mack at the very least.
It's been 10 games played for Biyombo in Zona since debuting back on Jan. 2. He's been on the court for a low average of 22 MPG, though the minutes have gone all the way up recently as to log 25+ in five consecutive outings (from Jan. 17 on) that ultimately ended in Biyombo's first start of the season last Wednesday against Utah with both JVMG/DA out. In the past two weeks of play, Biyombo has averaged a ridiculously solid 15-10-1-1-1 per-game line. I mean.
Biyombo is obviously not going to keep up those 15-10 numbers once Ayton and McGee come back (we have to assume, I guess) but he's proven to be a true game-changing bench player through his short tenure in an NBA roster this season. The shooting is insane as he just doesn't know how to stretch the floor so he only eats cookies near the rim (67.2% in the last five games) while attempting some 9 FGA a day. Just for fun, only six players are averaging a 10-7-1-1-1 baseline on the year this season: AD, Giannis, Embiid, KAT, LBJ, and Vooch. Biyombo is at 10-7-1-(0.8)-1. Land the Mack, reap the rewards.

Fantasy Basketball Deeper-League Waiver Wire Adds for Week 24: Isaac Okoro, Kris Dunn, Josh Richardson, Corey Kispert, Delon Wright
The deeper a fantasy basketball league, the harder it is to hit a winner with your last few picks. It is also harder to find decent help from the waiver wire if your late-round picks don't do you justice. If you picked up a few stinkers, don't lose hope just yet. I will try to […]
Onyeka Okongwu (SF/PF, ATL): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 16% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Hawks are currently the 10th seed in the East but are also tied for 8th and 9th with Brooklyn and Charlotte respectively. There's even a chance (albeit small) that Atlanta could rise as high as to reach the 7th seed if […]
Immanuel Quickley (PG, NYK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 48% of leagues ANALYSIS: If we use common basketball sense, then the New York Knicks and Coach Thibs should try and see what the young guys such as Immanuel Quickley have in them and what they can provide the franchise with ROS, as the NYK are […]
Deni Avdija (SG/SF, WAS): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 37% of leagues ANALYSIS: One would reasonably think that a player seeing a playing-time boost such as that of Deni Avdija's this month would make said player drop his efficiency numbers. Well, not the case for the Wiz Wing by the looks of it. Avdija has […]
Nicolas Claxton (PF/C, BRK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 24% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Nets can finally rest assured they'll make the play-in portion of the season. Not quite what you expected when the season got rolling back in October, but at least more than what the Lakers would have accomplished a week from now. […]
