With nearly every player on the Spurs roster struggling with some sort on injury, Diaw has seen his playing time rise over the past weeks. He has scored in double figures in five of his last seven games, while also putting in his normal assortment of other stats. Diaw is the rare center who does a lot of damage from the outside, as he is making 1.4 threes a game over the past two weeks while also grabbing 3.8 rebounds a game. He will not average a ton of blocks or steals on a nightly basis, but he does have the capability to put up solid numbers in a given night. The return of Tiago Splitter will not help Diaw, but remember that Tim Duncan regularly gets days off, which provides a huge boost to Diaw’s value.
