Ryan Braun is out once again on Tuesday against the Chicago Cubs.
The Milwaukee Brewers outfielder was sidelined for his fourth straight game due to a back injury which will require surgery after the season. It’s unclear how much Braun will play throughout the final few weeks, which isn’t good news for fantasy owners in the midst of their respective playoffs.

The former MVP and five-time All-Star is having a great season. Braun has a .287 BA with 25 HR and 84 RBI in 2015. He's been the best player for the Brewers this season, and with five years and $105 million left on his deal, Milwaukee will take it slow with Braun as it sits dead last in the NL Central.
If Domingo Santana is a free agent in fantasy, he’s a must-sign because he’s been red-hot in place of Braun. He has seven hits with 1 HR, 7 RBI and 2 SB over his last four games. Santana could be the sleeper that gets a fantasy owner over the hump and makes them a champion. Even if Braun comes back, the Brewers can't take Santana's bat out of the lineup.
