ANALYSIS: At 38, Beltran’s best days are pretty clearly behind him. 2014 was the worst season of his career, and after a sluggish start, fantasy owners could be forgiven for writing him off. Those numbers will play in any format, and the veteran slugger sits unclaimed in nearly three-quarters of Yahoo leagues.
