BALLER MOVE: Add PPR leagues

ANALYSIS: Cecil Shorts III and the Jaguars are on a bye for week 11 in the NFL season, but if you need a solid WR2 or someone you can start just about every week in the flex position he is someone you should consider adding or trading for. Although he has had some injury issues, when he is active he is a PPR fantasy team owner’s best friend. Shorts has averaged over eight targets per game this season and with fellow Jaguar receiver Allen Robinson out for the rest of the year and Allen Hurns diagnosed with a concussion you can expect those targets to keep coming his way.
Now I know a lot of fantasy owners stay away from owning shares of fantasy players from underperforming NFL teams, but when you consider that the Jaguars will be playing from behind a majority of the time and add in the fact that they don’t have much of a running game, making a buy low or waiver wire investment in Jacksonville’s passing game makes sense doesn’t it? With a week off to rest his aching ankle and hamstring this is the perfect time to make a move on Shorts III. If you don’t pay too much for him you should be able to get your money’s worth.
