BALLER MOVE: Target Around ~90 Overall
CURRENT ADP: ~120
ANALYSIS: The Cowboys receiving corps are stacked as hell. Check this out: Amari Cooper, Michael Gallup, CeeDee Lamb, and TE Blake Jarwin will see targets next year. On top of that, and although it's not his best ability, Ezekiel Elliott will be getting some targets too in the passing game. Makes sense to find Lamb on the downside of things as the rookie getting into this offense fresh in 2020.
Some folks out there have compared Lamb to DeAndre Hopkins. That is cool, but it is also a could-be proposition that we have yet to see become fulfilled in the pros. As you can see in the chart at the top of this column and although Lamb's ADP has dropped almost a full round since the start of July, the truth is that it has remained very steady on average yet a bit wild in terms of where CeeDee is actually getting drafted.
If Lamb's getting off the board at his current ADP of around 120 overall (WR45), then you should definitely go for him--and most probably a little earlier to secure his services. That 10th-round price is very cheap for someone that, yes, will be sharing a ton of targets with his teammates, but who also brings monster upside as part of perhaps the best offense in the league for 2020 other than Kansas City's. Great ROI that he'd return at that price, with PFF projecting 173 PPR points for the rookie over 16 games next year. Draft him without hesitation, even if it's earlier than his ADP is currently at.
