BALLER MOVE: Add in 12-Team Leagues, Monitor in All Leagues

ANALYSIS: Chris Devenski was one of the better relievers in all of baseball last season, compiling a 2.16 ERA and 0.91 WHIP over 108.1 innings. He held a tidy 4.9% walk rate, with a good but not elite 25.5% strikeout rate. His play was supported by a 2.34 FIP, which would have placed him 12th among all qualified relievers last season.
So far in 2017 he's proven that performance was no fluke. Devenski has made two appearances out of the bullpen, throwing four innings in each outing. He has a 14:1 strikeout to walk ratio (K:BB), and a Brandon Moss home run is his only blemish. When he is putting up excellent ratio's and keeping his ERA low he can still be a viable fantasy option even as a relief pitcher. An injury would need to occur for Devenski to get consistent starts, but Houston seems to have no problem stretching him out and keeping him ready in case a spot start is needed.
He should be picked up in points leagues and leagues that count holds immediately. If you're hurting at starting pitching, you should at least be keeping an eye on him in case a spot start arises. He is eligible at SP and RP in most formats.
