DreamHack Open Fall 2020
Best of 3 Series
- Astralis (-300) vs. Fnatic (+215)
- OG (-140) vs. G2 (+100)
- FaZe (-170) vs. NiP (+125)
Captain Picks
NiKo has been very good for FaZe throughout the Dreamhack Open event. He is carrying a 1.15 rating and has a 1.19 K/D ratio throughout the eight maps played in the open so far. NiKo is carrying a .78 kill per round rate while having a .65 death per round rate which is one of the better differentials on the entire slate. NiKo has performed well against NiP throughout the 2020 season as he has accrued a 1.36 K/D ratio over 10 maps played while having a +67 K/D differential. Even though he is the most expensive player on the slate, he does carry an upside that could help you take down tournaments.
Dupreeh has been the best Astralis player throughout the Dreamhack event. He is sporting a 1.20 match rating through eight maps and is carrying a 1.25 K/D ratio throughout that eight-game stretch. What really is encouraging is that he is carrying a .79 kill per round rate while having a low .63 death per round rate which is a great differential when looking for a good floor with high upside potential. Dupreeh has seen success against Fnatic as he has produced a 1.11 K.D ratio while having a match rating of 1.13 in 13 maps against them throughout 2020.
Other Picks: Mantuu, es3tag
Value Picks
ISSAA is back on the slate and comes in under 7k which is just ideal. He has a 1.20 event rating which leads the OG CS:GO squad and is third overall among all participants in the Dreamhack open. Over his eight maps played in this specific event, he has produced a +32 K/D differential and a 1.25 K/D ratio which is second on the team (right behind mantuu). If needing a cheaper option that carries a solid floor, look no further than ISSAA.
kennyS could be viewed as a salary saving tournament option that could go lower owned since his team is an underdog on the slate. kennyS has been a bright spot for G2 throughout this event as he has had a match rating of 1.15 and a K/D ratio of 1.22 in 11 maps played. His price point is at $6,8000 which is a steal for someone that carries his kind of upside and with him averaging 69.5 DK points per game so far in the Dreamhack event, he could make for a viable tournament value play.
Other Picks: coldzera, nawwk

Team Stacks
FaZe looks to be the strongest stacking option on the slate. They have defeated NiP on their most recent seven out of eight maps played and look to be in better form as they are winners of three of their last five matches played. In addition, they have the map advantage as well as they have a better winning percentage on four of the seven tournament maps. Throughout their head-to-head history, FaZe has a record of 11-4-4 with them winning four straight matches.
The FaZe clan is led by NiKo who is one of the stronger players in all of CS:GO. In the event, he is sporting a 1.15 match rating and leads this team in K/D ratio. Behind NiKo, broky is second on the squad with a 1.17 K/D ratio and a 1.08 match rating. Outside of these two options, coldzera has done well against NiP in 2020 and Kjaerbye is a cheap value option as he carries a 1 match rating throughout the Dreamhack event.
Other Picks: Astralis, OG
