Dreamhack Masters Spring 2021
Best of 3 Series
- G2 (-150) vs. Astralis
- FURIA vs. Natus Vincere (-190)
Captain Plays:
s1mple carries the highest upside of all players on this slate and would be one that stands out as a captain option on this two-game slate. While he is the highest-priced player on the slate, he is worth every penny and looks to be in top form heading into this matchup against FURIA. S1mple is sporting a 1.46 K/D ratio over the last 46 maps played and has a very strong .87 kill per round rate while having a .59 death per round rate. Over his last six months, s1mple has produced a 1.66 K/D ratio against FURIA and has a +80 K/D differential which shows how well he does against this team.
dupreeh is the top player for Astralis and while he hasn't been performing to the level that we were used to seeing him play at last summer, he still could be a good tournament play on this slate. With s1mple gaining much of the attention for the captain role, dupreeh could be a cheaper pivot who has actually performed well against G2 over the last six months. In seven total maps played, dupreeh has garnered a 1.38 K/D ratio and accrued a +44 K/D differential against the French G2 squad so that alone makes him a viable tournament play.
Other captain plays: NiKo
Value Plays:
Perfecto is a cheaper Navi option that you should consider in all formats. He is sporting a 1.12 K./D ratio which is the second-highest ratio on the team over the last month of games played. He has been in pretty good form as he is generating a .61 kill per round rate while sporting a low .54 death per round rate while also having a 51.1% headshot percentage.
magisk makes for a great all-around value play and his pricing at 7k is just too good to pass up. He has a 1.19 K/D ratio against G2 over the last six months and is leading Astralis with a 1.16 K/D ratio so far in the Dreamhack Masters tournament. Magisk is sporting a solid .70 kill per round rate and has a 49.3% headshot percentage so he is a headhunter when it comes to his shot.
Other value plays: electronic, arT, gla1ve, nexa

Top Stacks/ Team Picks:
Natus Vincere is a top-five team in the world and while they face a tough team in FURIA, they should be able to continue their dominance over the South American squad. NaVi is 8-2 against FURIA all-time and looks to be in better form as they're sporting a higher team K/D ratio over the last three months of games played. While FURIA is sporting a higher winning percentage on five of the seven playable maps, NaVi is right behind them on Train, Inferno, and Mirage which means these could be some close battles should these maps get picked.
NaVi has one of the best players in the world in s1mple and he should be an automatic lock for any NaVi stack that you create. Perfecto has really picked up his game over the last month as he is sporting a 1.12 K/D ratio and has the second-highest ratio on the team in that time span. B1T is listed as questionable for this matchup against FURIA but if he is good to go, he would be another one to consider as he is carrying a 1 K/D ratio over his last six maps played.
Other Stacks: Astralis
