BLAST Premier Spring Finale 2021
Best of 3
- Gambit (-325) vs. Complexity
- BIG vs. Natus Vincere
Captain Plays:
sh1ro is the top option again and is worth every penny for his high salary. He had himself a three-map series when they faced off against Complexity in May as he had a +23 K/D differential and finished with an 80.5 KAST percentage. He is sporting a 1.57 K/D ratio over his last 36 maps played and has a very strong .76 kill per round rate while having a very low death per round rate of .48.
s1mple would be the primary pivot if you were wanting to come off of the sh1ro ownership. S1mple has been in solid form over the last 16 maps played as he has produced a 1.27 K/D ratio while having a .85 kill per round rate and a .67 death per round rate. While he is very active when it comes to shooting, he does have a higher rate of dying when compared to sh1ro.
Other captain plays in order of preference: Ax1Le, XANTARES
Value Plays:
interz is one of my top value play on this slate. He has managed to go plus in three out of his last five matches played and has a very low death per round rate of .57 despite having a low kill per round rate of .55. He has a 74.5% KAST percentage which is very solid and is above the average player mark so if he could limit his deaths, he could make for a great value play in Gambit stacks.
syrsoN is my top overall value play on the slate and would be an ideal choice in all formats. He comes into this game in great form as he has gone plus in four out of his last five games played and is sporting a 1.22 K/D ratio over his last 39 maps played. Over that same stretch, he has produced a .73 kill per round rate and a low death per round rate of just .59. If you're needing value and want a high upside value play at the captain spot, look no further than syrsoN.
Other value plays in order of preference: blameF, jks, tabsen, tizian

Top Stacks/ Team Picks:
Gambit continues to power through in any matchup as they now have won six straight matches with their most recent four matches all resulting in sweeps. Gambit has won their last two outings against Complexity and win in three maps against them in the beginning portion of May. The Gambit squad has a better overall record on five of the seven playable maps over the last three months and is much better form as they are 27-9 over their last 36 maps played with a team K/D ratio of 1.18 while Complexity is 11-8 with a team K/D ratio of 1.04.
While this team is pretty expensive, getting two out of their big three would be the way to go in tournaments (sh1ro, Ax1Le, Hobbit). If you're looking for value, interz would be my preferred choice as he has done well in recent matches.
Other Stacks: BIG
