We have a split two game slate with the Astros at Yankees on Monday, and the Dodgers at Cubs on Tuesday. The better hitting options seem to be on Monday with the better pitching options on Tuesday, so pick and choose your spots. Confirm that your hitters are in the lineups, since teams are using their entire bench in the post season.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 10/16/17. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider
C.C. Sabathia - P, NYY vs HOU (DK - $7,800, FD - $7,800)
Sabathia is coming off an amazing performance against the Indians, where he struck out nine of the 13 batters he faced. Unbelievable stuff from the veteran, and he is now in a spot where he team needs another win. If you don't mind fading the top pitching option, go with Sabathia for potential lower ownership and decent strikeout stuff. He has 14 SO in 9.4 IP this postseason.
DFS Infielders to Consider
Didi Gregorius - SS, NYY vs HOU (DK - $4,600, FD - $3,500)
Didi may be the best hitter on the Yankees this post season, and has nice splits vs right-handed pitchers this season. Didi has a .354 wOBA and a .228 ISO vs RHP this season, and we have seen the home run potential he has, which can be the difference maker in the game. With so few options on this two day slate, you may have to take a stand with one team, and why not take the team that is at home and in need of a win.
Anthony Rizzo - 1B, CHC vs LOS (DK - $4,300, FD - $4,000)
Rizzo has a .382 wOBA and a .230 ISO this season vs right-handed pitchers, and is one for two in his career vs Yu Darvish. Rizzo hasn't had a hit in four games, and his team is in desperate need of their power hitter to step up. Tough to judge where the ownership will be on him, but Darvish looks to be the top option, so he may be lower owned.
DFS Outfielders to Consider
Marwin Gonzalez - OF, HOU @ HOU (DK - $3,900, FD - $3,100)
Gonzalez didn't do anything in either of the first two games in this series, he was 0 for 6, but on a short slate you have to take some risks. He still has a .340 wOBA and a .217 ISO this season vs left-handed pitchers, so the stats are there to back him up, just off to a slow start this series. Great hitters park, so a great stacking option.
Curtis Granderson - OF, LOS @ CHC (DK - $3,400, FD - $2,400)
Granderson may be in line for a start on Tuesday since he will have the platoon advantage. He comes into this game with a .343 wOBA and a .255 ISO vs right-handed pitchers. He does offer plenty of value, and on a short slate, you have to take whatever savings you can find to make your roster work.
