Jack Eichel (C, BUF)
DraftKings - $7,200, FanDuel - $7,300, FantasyAces - $5,800
He sat out a ton of games early in the season due to injury and will now be looking to put the team on his back and get them back into contention. He has tallied 14 points over his first 18 games and things are looking up as he is also averaging over 3.5 shots on goal per game. He is safe in all formats tonight as he will get a boost facing one of the league's worst defensive teams.
Filip Forsberg (W, NAS)
DraftKings - $5,600, FanDuel - $6,900, FantasyAces - $5,000
First of all, you can almost ignore him from a cash game perspective on FanDuel as the price is getting a bit too high. He is still an excellent value on the other sites tonight, especially DraftKings where he is a borderline elite play. It has bee a rough season for Forsberg who has recorded just 25 points through 40 games but has been heating up lately with eight in his last 10 games. He is safe in all formats at home facing a struggling Canucks team.
Sami Vatanen (D, ANH)
DraftKings - $4,400, FanDuel - $5,300, FantasyAces - $4,850
The Ducks defense haven't quite provided the offensive numbers we were expecting this season but they still provide excellent cash game value. Vatanen has only recorded 16 points on the season but has been providing a nice floor averaging over two shot blocks a game. He is also getting heavy usage with 22+ min of ice time, over three minutes of which come on the powerplay.
Stacking Option
Anaheim Ducks PP - Ryan Kesler, Andrew Cogliano, Jakob Silfverberg, Corey Perry
Despite their struggles with the man advantage lately(zero goals last five games), they still rank as the seventh best powerplay in the league this season. Some of the struggles come from the loss of Ryan Getzlaf who has been out since New Years Day. There is a chance he could return on Tuesday and either way the Ducks make a great, projected low owned GPP play.

Bonus: General NHL DFS Strategy Notes
For cash games, look at players who can contribute to your score even when they are not providing offense. Some examples are guys who take a ton of shots and defensemen who block a lot of shots. Also, look for guys who get power play time. You can find value in players who join a new line due to an injury, or just get a promotion and more ice time. It is also recommended to spread out your exposure to three or four different lines, and not put all your eggs in one basket.
For large field tournaments (GPPs), find payers who have multi-point upside and can grab double-digit fantasy points. If you want to stack the most upside in your forwards, a common strategy is to punt the defense position. This doesn't mean just grab anyone - try and look for a defenseman who will get power play time, or a playing time boost due to an injury. For a contrarian approach, paying up at the defense position can be a great strategy - but it also comes with more risk. GPPs bring a great opportunity for goaltenders in the value price range - you can look for backups on good teams.
