Roberto Luongo (G, VAN)
DraftKings - $7,900, FanDuel - $8,700, FantasyAces - $7,600
If you like finding narratives don't pass over Luongo tonight who will be facing his old team. Although Luo has lost three straight starts there isn't too much to worry about as he still holds a .927 save % over the last 10 games which is just higher than his season number(.923). The Panthers are the biggest favorites(-205) on the board currently in a great spot for Luo to get back on track.
Aleksander Barkov (C, FLA)
DraftKings - $6,100, FanDuel - $6,500, FantasyAces - $5,050
Sticking with the Panthers theme tonight, Barkov is a player on the rise and comes with safety for all formats. He has recorded a point in three straight games and has also tallied three or more shots on goal in seven of his last nine games giving him a very high floor.
David Pastrnak (W, BOS)
DraftKings - $7,200, FanDuel - $7,000, FantasyAces - $5,750
The price is going up, especially on FanDuel where it took a $500 bump but you just can't fade hi right now. He has scored five goals in his last three games and now has 24 points through 23 games this season. He is safe in all formats as he comes with a high floor averaging just under three shots on goal per game.
Torey Krug (D, BOS)
DraftKings - $5,100, FanDuel - $5,500, FantasyAces - $4,750
When it comes to actual defense, Krug may not be the guy you want on your team but in fantasy he fits the bill perfectly. He comes with an affordable price, takes a ton of shots and has been hot lately with seven points in his last nine games. The skates on the second unit but has also been getting over three minutes per game on the powerplay.
Stacking Option
Pittsburgh Penguins - Phil Kessel, Evgeni Malkin, Carl Hagelin
Either of the Penguins top lines make excellent tournament stacks tonight but I am siding with the second line as it is much more affordable and has shown very similar floor and upside during the team's four game win streak.

Bonus: General NHL DFS Strategy Notes
For cash games, look at players who can contribute to your score even when they are not providing offense. Some examples are guys who take a ton of shots and defensemen who block a lot of shots. Also, look for guys who get power play time. You can find value in players who join a new line due to an injury, or just get a promotion and more ice time. It is also recommended to spread out your exposure to three or four different lines, and not put all your eggs in one basket.
For large field tournaments (GPPs), find payers who have multi-point upside and can grab double-digit fantasy points. If you want to stack the most upside in your forwards, a common strategy is to punt the defense position. This doesn't mean just grab anyone - try and look for a defenseman who will get power play time, or a playing time boost due to an injury. For a contrarian approach, paying up at the defense position can be a great strategy - but it also comes with more risk. GPPs bring a great opportunity for goaltenders in the value price range - you can look for backups on good teams.
