Daily Fantasy NBA Lineup Picks for FanDuel (12/5/16) - DFS Basketball Advice

By Keith Allison [CC-BY-SA-2.0 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0)], via Wikimedia Commons

There are 11 games on the slate tonight which means the options are plentiful. I have found three values plays that I feel confident in, two shooting guards and one small forward, that should free up space for you to load the rest of your lineup with talent.

These are my daily fantasy NBA lineup picks for FanDuel on 12/5/16. I choose the players I advise for my own lineup so if all goes downhill, I'll be tumbling down right next to you. Let's do this.

Editor's Note: New users that sign up on FantasyAces, make a $20 deposit, and enter any game will receive BOTH our full season NBA and NFL Premium Passes for free, a $119.99 value. FanDuel DFS Guards

Jeremy Lamb - SG, @ DAL ($3,900)

Always remember that the cheaper options usually come with risk but Jeremy Lamb has impressed lately. In a recent matchup with the Mavericks, Lamb left the game early but managed to score and snag a few rebounds. He has simmered since his "outburst" against the Knicks and I think after showing success against the Mavericks earlier, this is a good time to gamble on the youngster. His role will continue to grow within the Hornets organization due to his athleticism and the Hornets lack of consistent backcourt bench scoring. It doesn't hurt that Lamb is listed as a SG when he usually plays the three which allows him to be a bigger factor by adding consistent rebounding. He has emerged as a young talent in Charlotte and for the time being, capitalize on his basement level pricing.

Troy Daniels - SG, @ NO ($4,200)

I assume you see his last game and go, 'No way he does it again." Well, you have a chance of being right but I am going to ride Troy Daniels until his price gets a tad higher. With Mike Conley out, Memphis is looking for the new 'guy' to fill his spot while the rest of the Grizzlies continue their dominance and Daniels is emerging as that guy. Usually teams wait for something like this to happen, a offensive outburst that puts one player ahead of the rest in a heated position competition, e.g. Sean Kilpatrick in Brooklyn. While Troy Daniels is still cheap has a debatable matchup, I'm still taking a fresh Memphis squad over a fatigued Pelicans team any day of the week. Daniels should once again prove why he deserves minutes.

Also Consider:  Russell Westbrook - PG, @ ATL ($12,600)

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Andre Roberson - SF, @ ATL ($11,900)

While the Hawks have struggled, the DFS players that have gone against them, have not. This would be another time. Andre Roberson is a notoriously streaky player that always gets minutes. Against, the Hawks and Thabo Sefalosha, I expect Roberson to repeat Friday's performance. Westbrook will need help and the only spot where the Thunder can exploit Atlanta is with Westbrook and Roberson. Westbrook will be fine, look for Roberson to be hitting from the wing all day. After getting a solid shooting effort under his belt, look for him to continue his success.

LeBron James - SF, @ TOR ($9,400)

These are the games LeBron James thrives in. Competitive away games. The only thing that would make this matchup sweeter would be Drake taunting James before he goes bananas on the Raptors. Who is going to guard him? Im hoping for a triple-double but I think 40 points is more likely...either way, I'm having it my way.

Also Consider:  LaMarcus Aldridge - PF, @ MIL ($6,500)

FanDuel DFS Centers

Marcin Gortat - C, @ BKN ($6,400)

There are plenty of good options tonight at this position but I'm going with value. I really think Marcin Gortat will give you similar numbers to a Dwight Howard tonight but for over $1000 cheaper. He is going against Brook Lopez who will likely shoot over all over Gortat, but, Gortat will be on every rebound. Rebounds reallyadd up when you are getting 13 or 14 of them and along with the 12-14 points he usually gets, it can't get much better.

Also Consider:  Rudy Gobert - C, @ LAL ($6,900)
