The Swift breakout is here and I'm a bit mad at myself for not being higher on him last week. He touched the ball 21 times against Baltimore and turned it into 107 yards and a score - which was very impressive for the tough matchup. Despite not being a traditional workhorse back, Swift is still averaging over 17 touches per game (a tick more than Chubb believe it or not) and this matchup against Chicago isn't nearly as tough as it might appear on the surface.
I look for the Lions to continue to get Swift the ball in space where he can do damage against defenses. His role is only going to continue to grow and he's got big-play upside every time he touches the ball. I was also happy to see they fed him on the one-yard line last game, showing that they have faith in him to get the hard yards up the middle, too.
