BALLER MOVE: Target Around ~97 Overall

ANALYSIS: What about Darius Slayton rookie season!? The freshman didn't miss a beat while playing under Daniel Jones (which, I mean...) and finished the year with 170 PPR points to the tune of 740 yards on just 48 receptions (15.4 YPR!) while scoring a monster 8 touchdowns. Hard to be more efficient, if you ask me, and all of that playing 14 games with only 9 in which he was heavily used.
New York's injury problems all around the roster last season were a blessing in disguise, as they raised Slayton's profile and forced him into a more important role in the offense throughout the year. He developed a good rapport with quarterback Daniel Jones and now he should no-doubt-about-it return as a starter in 2020.
While he'll have more players to compete with for targets on offense since Sterling Shepard and Evan Engram should be healthy again, Slayton should still see plenty of snaps starting alongside Shepard and Golden Tate in three-wide sets. Neither Tate nor Shepard offers the long speed that Slayton does, so he should be able to develop a role as the team's deep threat.
Slayton is not the cheapest of WRs these days, which is reasonable, but his ADP of WR44 still looks a bit low for someone projected (via PFF) to end as the second most-targeted receiver in New York (91, 17.8% target share) and the leader in yards there (820) by a mile. Definitely a weekly FLEX starter with upside to finish the year into the WR2 class if Daniel jones can play to the expectations.
