Hopkins has been playing out of this world over his last three games, recording 28 receptions for 427 yards and one touchdown.
He has excelled in every game this season except Week Two, in which he face Josh Norman, one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL. He has received 75 targets this season, which accounts for 31% of the Texans passes. He is their number one option, and will see more than enough opportunities to hit value this week.
He gets a decent matchup against the Jags, who haven’t allowed a ton of fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. This has a lot to do with their run defense, as teams work the running game instead of throwing the ball. Hopkins is one of the safest options at wide receiver, but he also has some of the best upside.
