ANALYSIS: The promising rookie has yet to make his NFL debut after undergoing core muscle surgery just after the preseason and being placed on Injured Reserve. His activation this week couldn't come at a better time, as Allen Hurns (ankle) and Arrelious Benn (knee) are unlikely to suit up in Week 11 against the Browns.

Westbrook should've already been owned in all dynasty/keeper leagues, but he's now a great stash candidate in most redraft leagues as well. He showed in the preseason that he can be a threat due to his speed and ability to stretch the field, but he must prove he can beat press coverage and adjust to the speed of the NFL.

Because the youngster has yet to make his NFL debut, expect the Jaguars to ease him into a heavy workload, starting this weekend against Cleveland. That means you shouldn't expect big production right away. But Westbrook should eventually become a big part of this offense before long and could become a fantasy starter before the end of 2017.
