DraftDaily Daily Fantasy Baseball Picks (6/8/18): MLB DFS Lineups

In preparation for today's freeroll on DraftDaily, below you can find my recommended lineup picks. If you've never played on DraftDaily before, it is fairly similar to the other sites, but you tend to lose more points. Points are taken away for strikeouts and home runs allowed, but you also earn points for sacrifice flies. Before creating a lineup, make sure you look over the scoring system.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftDaily on 6/8/18. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

Give Draft Daily a try today to see the difference and join the excitement. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to hit me up on Twitter @BalesSJustin.

Draft Daily - DFS Starting Pitchers

Chris Sale - P, vs CHW ($11,100)

Sale has performed well this season, recording a 5-3 record with a 3.00 ERA and a 0.98 WHIP. He has also posted an elite 12.2 K/9 through 81 innings. He gets an elite matchup against the Chicago White Sox, who lead the slate in strikeouts per at-bat, while ranking second last in team wOBA. Sale is currently a -293 favorite in a game set at only 8 runs, and he can be used in all leagues.

Garrett Richards - P, at MIN ($7,700)

Richards comes with a surprisingly low price tag for how well he has thrown this season. Through 12 starts, he has posted 4-4 record with a 3.25 ERA and a 1.23 WHIP. Richards also features a 1.4 HR/9 with a 10.2 K/9. Richards gets a matchup against the Minnesota Twins, who have struggled offensively this season. He's a -130 favorite in a game set at 8.5 runs, making him an option in all leagues.

Draft Daily - DFS Infielders

J.T. Realmuto - C, vs SD ($4,200)

Realmuto has been playing at a high level through 161 at-bats this season, posting a .311 average with a .534 slugging percentage and a .911 OPS. In those at-bats, he has 21 extra-base hits, 19 RBIs, and one steal. Realmuto has been a slightly better hitter at home this season, and he's an elite option in all leagues tonight.

Matt Olson - 1B, vs KC ($4,400)

Olson has posted an elite 71% hard-hit rate and a 100 mph exit velocity over the last 15 days. He has also been a dominant hitter against right-handed pitching, recording 0.073 wOBA and 0.18 ISO differentials against righties. He's expected to hit fifth in the A's lineup, making him a high upside option on this slate.

Scooter Gennett - 2B, vs STL ($4,800)

The Reds are in a great spot tonight, and Gennett is a major part of their offense. He's hitting over .350 with a slugging percentage nearing .650 and an OPS north of 1.000 over his last 10 games. Gennett is hitting clean up in a dominant offense, and he will see plenty of RBI opportunities tonight. He isn't going to come cheap, but Gennett can be used in all leagues.

Luis Valbuena - 3B, at MIN ($3,300)

Valbuena is a powerful player, posting a 50% extra-base hit rate over his last 10 games. He has also posted 50% hard-hit and 50% fly ball rates over the last 15 days. Furthermore, Valbuena features a 97 mph exit velocity over the same span. He's a cheap option that comes with plenty of home run potential.

Jose Peraza - SS, vs STL ($3,300)

Peraza has been as consistent as they come with solid upside over his last 10 games. Over that span, he's hitting .385 with a .436 slugging percentage and an .836 OPS. Peraza isn't hitting near the top of the Reds lineup, but he's a cheaper way to get a part of their offense. He's a great option in all leagues.

Draft Daily - DFS Outfielders

Carlos Gonzalez - OF, vs ARI ($4,400)

Gonzalez has caught fire recently, recording a .415 average with a .682 slugging percentage and a 1.125 OPS over his last 10 games. Gonzalez is also hitting well over .300 with nine extra-base hits at home. He gets a tough matchup against Zack Greinke, but Gonzalez has been playing well enough to be considered in all leagues.

Jesse Winker - OF, vs STL ($3,100)

Winker is a cheap option, but he has been playing at a high level over the last 15 days. Over that span, he features a 50% hard-hit rate to go along with a 94 mph exit velocity. He's also hitting .323 with three extra-base hits and four RBIs over his last 10 games. Winker is a cheap option that can be used in all leagues.
