DraftKings DFS Players
Charlie Morton - P, vs BOS ($8,000)
Morton enjoyed a dominant season, posting a 15-3 record with a 3.13 ERA over 30 starts. He gets a tough matchup against the Boston Red Sox, but they have struggled at times away from home, and Morton will be playing in an extremely pitcher friendly stadium. He comes with tremendous strikeout potential, and he's a -140 favorite in a game set at 8.5 runs tonight,. Morton can be considered in all leagues on this slate.
George Springer - OF, vs BOS ($4,900)
Springer has caught fire recently, as he's hitting .325 with a .700 slugging percentage and a 1.100 OPS over his last 10 games. He owns seven extra-base hits (four home runs) and 11 RBIs over that span, as well. Furthermore, Springer has been a more consistent and a more powerful option in Houston this season. He is leading off for Houston, and he can be considered in all leagues.
Lorenzo Cain - OF, at LAD ($4,500)
Cain has been struggling recently, but he's hitting .316 with a .432 slugging percentage and an .830 OPS on the road this season. Cain is also a stolen base threat, recording 30 steals on the season. He gets a matchup against Clayton Kershaw tonight, and Cain owns 0.082 wOBA and 0.063 ISO differentials against left-handed pitching. He makes an outstanding option on this limited slate.
Hernan Perez - 2B/SS, at LAD ($3,700)
Perez is a player that can always be considered against left-handed pitching. He gets a matchup against Clayton Kershaw, and he brings 0.07 wOBA and 0.11 ISO differentials against lefties into this game. Perez is also expected to hit fifth in the Milwaukee lineup tonight, adding to his value. He's a great salary relief option tonight.
