DraftKings DFS Guards
Derrick Rose (vs WAS, $7,500)
Rose has been outstanding since the injury to Jimmy Butler, and his price tag doesn’t quite represent that. He’s consistently scoring 40 fantasy points with the chance to score 55 fantasy points on any given night. He gets a great matchup against the Wizards, who love pushing the pace, and Rose has been scoring at a near elite level, while also adding a few peripheral stats each night. His price is a little too low tonight, and he can be used in all leagues, as he’s consistently hitting value.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (vs PHI, $5,100)
Caldwell-Pope was recently forced to miss significant time because of an injury, but he has played 30+ minutes in three consecutive games, and his minutes may get a slight bump because of the injury to Stanley Johnson. KCP was nearly $6,000 before his injury, and he’ll likely be that expensive very soon. He has scored 25+ fantasy points in each of his last two games, and he gets a great matchup against the Sixers tonight. Philadelphia has really struggled defensively this season, and KCP makes a great GPP option tonight.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
Draymond Green (at MIA, $8,700)
Draymond Green is a walking triple double for the Warriors, as it seems as if he’s triple doubling every night. He has tremendous upside, but he also comes with a bit of risk, as the Warriors can blow anyone out on any given night, which would limit Green’s minutes. The Heat have been playing well this season, and this game should be able to stay close enough for Green to get his minutes. He has already dominated the Heat for 48.5 fantasy points this season, and it wouldn’t be surprising if he does it again tonight. He’s a bit too risky for cash games, but he’s a great GPP option.
Luol Deng (at GS, $6,100)
Deng’s price is on the rise, but he’s still a bit too cheap. He has been on fire since the injury to Chris Bosh, as he has scored 53.25, 49.0, and 35.5 fantasy points in each of his last three games. He’s rebounding at a much higher rate and it’s clear that he’s a much bigger part of the offense with Bosh out. Deng is an ironman in the NBA, which means his minutes are going guaranteed, and he gets a good matchup against a fast paced Golden State team. Deng doesn’t come with much risk, but he has loads of upside. He’s one of the best plays on the slate tonight.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Andre Drummond (vs PHI, $8,000)
There are a ton of great center options tonight, but Andre Drummond may be the best option. He has been playing well recently, and he gets a great matchup against the Sixers weak frontcourt tonight. In two games against Philadelphia this season, Drummond is averaging 21.5 points, 17.0 rebounds, 2.5 blocks, and 2.0 steals. His price isn’t all that high for the upside he has, as he could score 20 points with 20 rebounds on any given night. He has double doubled in over 10 consecutive games, and he’s a great GPP option tonight.
Hassan Whiteside (vs GS, $7,600)
Whiteside recently said that he’s embracing his new bench role, which is somewhat surprising, as he’s a bit of a hot head on the court. Regardless, he has been dominant over his last two games, as he has scored 44 points with 41 rebounds, one assist, and eight blocks. Whiteside should continue to dominate the paint with Chris Bosh out, and the Warriors tend to run smaller lineups. Whiteside will likely be the biggest guy on the court for most of the night, and he may be able to post another huge double double tonight.
