DraftKings DFS Guards
Chris Paul (at HOU, $9,700)
Paul continues to be priced a bit under the other elite guards, but he has also been playing well recently. Over the last 10 days, he’s averaging 19.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, 11.8 assists, and 2.6 steals per game. He gets a great matchup against the Rockets, who have struggled against the point guard this season, and Paul is averaging 56.4 fantasy points per game against them. He has a great combination of consistency and upside, and he can be used in all leagues tonight.
Andrew Wiggins (at MEM, $6,200)
Wiggins has been heating up recently, as he’s averaging 21.0 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 1.7 steals per game over the last 10 days. He gets a matchup against the Grizzlies, which looks tough on paper, but they are dealing with a plethora of injuries and they don’t have any healthy bodies left that can slow down Wiggins. His price is on the rise right now, but he’s still a bit too cheap, as he has scored 20+ points in five consecutive games. He has been playing well enough for all leagues.
Evan Turner (vs OKC, $5,700)
Turner has been playing well recently, and he’s locked into around 30 minutes per night because of the injury to Jae Crowder. He has been hot recently, and he’s filling the stat sheet in multiple different categories. That means he can struggle in one aspect of his game, but make up for it in another. That gives him a fairly high floor, but also a tremendous ceiling. He gets a great matchup against the Thunder, and the Celtics are going to need him to score to keep this game close. He can be used in all leagues.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
DeMarcus Cousins (vs NO, $10,600)
There really isn’t any reason to avoid Boogie right now. He’s playing extremely well right now, and he gets a great matchup against the Pelicans tonight. New Orleans loves pushing the pace in games and have struggled defensively at times. Cousins is averaging 32.7 points, 12.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 2.0 blocks, and 2.0 steals in three games against the Pelicans this season. He can be used in all leagues.
Dirk Nowitzki (at CLE, $6,600)
It looks like Dirk has turned back the clock, as he has been on fire recently. He has scored 40+ fantasy points in four of his last five games, and he’s averaging 26.0 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game over that span. The matchup against the Cavs isn’t ideal, but Dirk has been dominating everyone and anyone that steps in his way recently. He can be used in all leagues, as his price is nowhere near his production right now.
Nikola Mirotic (at WAS, $5,000)
This pick can be for either Mirotic or Gibson. They are both great options, but I will be writing up Mirotic. He has been playing extremely well recently, and he’s going to play 30+ minutes tonight because of the injury to Pau Gasol. In his last game, he scored 17 points with 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 block, and 1 steal, which shows his ability to contribute in multiple different categories. He gets a great matchup against the Wizards, who love pushing the pace, and Mirotic can be used in all leagues tonight.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Andre Drummond (vs ATL, $7,800)
Drummond’s minutes have been all over the place recently, and so has his production. He has tremendous upside, as he can score 50+ fantasy points on any given night, but he also has the ability to flop and destroy fantasy teams. He gets a great matchup against the Hawks, who have struggled against the center this season. Drummond is averaging 21.5 points, 15.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 2.5 blocks, and 1.0 steal per game against the Hawks this season. He’s best suited for GPPs.
