DraftKings DFS Guards
Damian Lillard (vs PHI, $9,300)
Lillard has been playing well recently, as he has scored 45+ fantasy points in three of his last four games. He gets a great matchup against the Sixers, who have really struggled against point guards this season. They have also struggled to stop scorers, and Lillard can score nearly as well as anyone in the NBA. He struggled in his only matchup against the Sixers earlier this season, but he has dominated much harder competition this season. He should be able to score at will tonight, and he can be used in all leagues.
Derrick Rose (at ORL, $6,000)
Derrick Rose has been playing consistency recently, which is a bit surprising. He has scored 31+ fantasy points in four consecutive games, including a 41.0 fantasy point performance. His price has yet to match his production, and he gets a great matchup against the Magic tonight. Orlando has one of the worst defenses in the NBA, and Rose should be able to score again tonight. He’s averaging around 1 fantasy point per minute against the Magic, and he can be used in all leagues.
Tim Frazier (vs TOR, $4,000)
The Pelicans are dealing with a ridiculous amount of injuries, which has led to big minutes for Tim Fraizer. He is averaging 14.6 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 1.0 steals in 26.0 minutes per game over the last 10 days. He’ll likely see just under 30 minutes again tonight if Norris Cole is out, and he’ll be a bigger part of the offense if Jrue Holiday is also out. The matchup against the Raptors isn’t ideal, but he has been playing well enough for all leagues.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
LeBron James (at NY, $9,400)
James has been on fire recently, and he’s averaging 29.7 points, 7.7 rebounds, 8.0 assists, and 1.0 steal per game over his last three games. He gets a good matchup against the Knicks tonight, who he is averaging 44.4 fantasy points per game this season. James is a triple double threat every night, and he’s one of the safest options on the board. He can be used in all leagues.
Robert Covington (at POR, $5,800)
Covington returned in the Sixers last game, and he scored 33.75 fantasy points in only 27 minutes. He will likely see his minutes increase tonight, and he will continue to have great upside. He gets a fast paced matchup against the Blazers, and this game will likely be high scoring. Covington is one of the better scorers on the Sixers team, and he’s a great GPP option tonight.
Amir Johnson (at PHO, $4,500)
Johnson has been on fire for the Celtics, and their coach has been praises him on his recent stretch. Over the last 10 days, he’s averaging 10.8 points, 10.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.5 blocks per game. He has played 34 minutes in each of his last two games, and he has scored 30+ fantasy points three consecutive contests. He gets a great matchup against the Suns, who love pushing the pace and Johnson is cheap enough for all leagues.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Mason Plumlee (vs PHI, $5,000)
Plumlee continues to play well and his price still doesn’t represent that. Over the last 10 days, he’s averaging 11.0 points, 9.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.0 block, and 1.3 steals per game. He gets a great matchup against the Sixers, who have one of the worst defenses in the NBA against centers. Plumlee can be used in all leagues until his price shoots up a bit.
