DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (4/16/19): NBA DFS Lineups

After only two games on Monday night, we have three games on Tuesday. While that isn't a large slate by any means, it's decent for the playoffs. Generally, the biggest slate we'll see in the playoffs is four games, making three a relatively strong night.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 4/16/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings. You can also check out today's FanDuel lineup picks. As always, don't set your lineups too early.

Be sure to check all the NBA starting lineups and player statuses. If you have any questions or need to talk NBA during the downtime, feel free to find me on Twitter @BalesSJustin.

DraftKings DFS Guards

Damian Lillard - PG, vs OKC ($8,700)

Lillard looked outstanding in this first game of this series, scoring 46.5 fantasy points in 39 minutes. He struggled to produce peripheral stats, though, suggesting his upside is significantly higher than that performance. On the season, Lillard has faced off against the Oklahoma City Thunder five times, and he's averaging 33.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 7.0 assists, and 2.6 steals (55.2 fantasy points) in 39.5 minutes per game. He's entirely too cheap for this matchup.

Will Barton - SG/SF, vs SA ($4,700)

Barton has seen extremely inconsistent minutes throughout the season, but he's averaging 11.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.8 assists (23.8 fantasy points) in only 27.5 minutes per game. He's expected to see a slightly expanded role in the playoffs, and he played 32 minutes in his first game, scoring 35 fantasy points. Barton will continue to see big minutes, and he can be significantly less productive while still exceeding value tonight. He can safely be used in all leagues on this slate.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Terrence Ross - SG/SF, at TOR ($5,200)

Ross caught fire to end the season, averaging 40.9 fantasy points per game over his last four games. He struggled in his first playoff game, though, shooting only 18.2% from the field. Even with that terrible percentage, Ross scored 24 fantasy points in that game. He gets a matchup against his former team, and comes with tremendous upside for a moderate price tag. The Orlando Magic will need to rely heavily on his scoring to continue winning games in this series, making him an elite tournament option tonight.

Paul George - SF/PF, at POR ($9,000)

George cooled off a bit at the end of the season, but he has still been scoring around 50 fantasy points on a nightly basis. He gets an elite matchup against the Portland Blazers, who he is averaging 35.6 points, 10.4 rebounds, 4.4 assists, and 3.0 steals (63.7 fantasy points) in 40.5 minutes per game against this season. In their first matchup of the series, George scored 48 fantasy points, but only shot 33.3% from the field. He has been a better shooter throughout the season, and George is an elite option in all leagues tonight.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Enes Kanter - C, vs OKC ($7,000)

Kanter saw his role grow in the Portland Blazers rotation because of an injury to Jusuf Nurkic. In his first game of this series, Kanter posted a 20/18/2/2/1 line (52 fantasy points) in 34 minutes. He's expected to continue playing major minutes for the Blazers tonight, and he's averaging 1.26 fantasy points per minute against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Kanter is simply an elite per minute fantasy player, and his major minutes in this game will allow him to exceed value once again.
