Evan Longoria is the Tampa Bay Rays' all-time leader in home runs and runs batted in, but has failed to live up to the expectations he set for himself with his early-career production. Longoria has struggled to stay healthy throughout his career, but over the last three years, he has constructed moderate stat lines, despite playing full seasons. In 2015, he managed 21 HR and 73 RBI to go along with a .328 OBP-- he finished 12th among third basemen in fantasy points, behind the likes of Mike Moustakas, Matt Duffy and Trevor Plouffe. Now, Longoria is very capable of jumping back into the top 10, but trust is wearing thin. He is still good enough to be a starting third baseman in fantasy, and should be drafted as such, but time is ticking for the three-time all-star.
