The countdown to the end of the season is upon us. There is only one week left of baseball before the playoffs! That means there are only a few days left to win some money. Continue to use this article to help do that.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball MLB lineup picks for FanDuel on 9/25/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from high-priced to low-priced options and identify options who will out-perform their expectations, including sleepers and value plays on FanDuel.

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target for FanDuel

Houston Astros

The Houston Astros get a great matchup tonight against the Los Angeles Angels and Daniel Wright. Wright has struggled all season with a 7.48 ERA, so the Astros' strikeout-prone tendencies are not going to help him. The Astros should score early and often.

New York Mets

The New York Mets posted close to double-digit runs again last night against the Philadelphia Phillies. This team can hit. With a great matchup against Jake Thompson tonight, who has struggled all season long, the Mets can be used in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for FanDuel

Taijuan Walker ($7,400)

Taijuan Walker gets a great matchup tonight against the strikeout-prone Minnesota Twins, which means that his upside is even higher than normal. He is definitely more of a risk, but his price tag is also lower, than Jose Fernandez. His upside is just as high. Two games ago, he posted 72 fantasy points against the Los Angeles Angels.

DFS Infielders to Consider for FanDuel

Catcher (C) - Evan Gattis ($3,000)

Evan Gattis gets a great matchup against the Los Angeles Angels and Daniel Wright, and he has a lot of power and upside. On the season, the Astros' catcher has 30 home runs and almost 70 RBIs. Use him in tournaments tonight.

First Base (1B) - Tommy Joseph ($2,300)

Tommy Joseph has been hitting the ball well for the Philadelphia Phillies of recent. In his last start, he posted just under 20 fantasy points, and he gets a good matchup tonight against the New York Mets and Robert Gsellman. Use Joseph in all formats.

Second Base (2B) - T.J. Rivera ($2,700)

Speaking of the New York Mets, T.J. Rivera is playing tonight, most likely. He did not get the start last night, but with a batting average over .400 in his last 10 games, it would be surprising to see him sit out again. If he plays, use him in all formats.

Shortstop (SS) - Andrelton Simmons ($2,800)

Andrelton Simmons has been solid this season for the Los Angeles Angels, as he is hitting .279 with four home runs and 40 RBIs. He also has 10 stolen bases, which increases his upside in tournaments. With a great matchup against Joe Musgrove tonight, Simmons can be used in deeper leagues.

Third Base (3B) - Pedro Alvarez ($3,500)

Pedro Alvarez recently posted 18.7 fantasy points against the Arizona Diamondbacks in the first game of this series. He should continue to hit well against the Diamondbacks' terrible pitching staff. Use him in tournaments.

DFS Outfielders to Consider for FanDuel

Brandon Drury ($3,600)

Speaking of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Brandon Drury is hitting over .300 in his last 10 starts. His fantasy value in tournaments is through the roof right now. Use him until he cools down.

Justin Upton ($3,400)

Justin Upton gets a great matchup against the Kansas City Royals and Edison Volquez. In his last four games, he has nine, 28.2, nine, and 27.9 fantasy points. The upside is obviously there. The consistency is not, but his price tag is low enough to use him in all formats.
