FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Lineup Picks (5/29/16): MLB DFS Advice

Buster Posey - that is all any fantasy owner needs to know tonight.

That is obviously a joke, but the San Francisco Giants really do make for a great stack. Find out who else below.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball MLB lineup picks for FanDuel on 5/29/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from high-priced to low-priced options and identify options who will out-perform their expectations, including sleepers and value plays on FanDuel.

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target for FanDuel

San Francisco Giants

The San Francisco Giants are still in Colorado playing against the Rockies, so continue to use them in all formats. They posted double-digit runs last game, and it is very possible that it happens again tonight.

Seattle Mariners

The Seattle Mariners get a great matchup against Ricky Nolasco and the Minnesota Twins. The entire team is filled with power hitters, so fire them up in tournaments.

Milwaukee Brewers

Brandon Finnegan is not going to be able to keep the Milwaukee Brewers' offense at bay, regardless of how horrible they have been this season. Players like Ryan Braun and Jonathan Villar should be used in all formats. The rest are solid in tournaments.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for FanDuel

Clayton Kershaw

Clayton Kershaw is simply the best pitcher in the league. He has an ERA around 1.50 and almost 100 strikeouts already this season. He is scoring 60 plus fantasy points more often than not.

Taijuan Walker

Taijuan Walker has great upside tonight against the Minnesota Twins. He has over 30 fantasy points in two of his last three games, and the Twins love to swing and miss. Walker has a rather high K-rate, so this should be one of his better outings.

DFS Infielders to Consider for FanDuel

Catcher (C) - Buster Posey

Buster Posey hit two home runs last night, and he should be able to continue to hit well tonight against the terrible Colorado Rockies' pitching staff. As long as he is hitting in Coors Field, use him.

First Base (1B) - Anthony Rizzo

Anthony Rizzo is struggling right now, but he is entirely too cheap to not give him a chance in tournaments. He has a ton of power, and despite his sub-par batting average, he has huge upside. Do not use him in 50/50 contests.

Second Base (2B) - Jose Altuve

Jose Altuve is one of the best hitting second basemen in the league. He has nine home runs, which is great for a middle infielder, and his batting average is over .300. He has both consistency and upside, so use him in both formats.

Shortstop (SS) - Jose Iglesias

Jose Iglesias is starting to hit the ball better for the Detroit Tigers of recent. He has solid upside against the Oakland Athletics and Rich Hill, but do not use him in 50/50 contests, as his batting average is just too low. His price tag makes up for his downside.

Third Base (3B) - Matt Duffy

Matt Duffy is entirely too cheap. It is actually sort of laughable that a powerful third baseman hitting in Coors Field is so cheap on FanDuel. Use him in both 50/50 contests and tournaments. He should see plenty of RBI opportunities.

DFS Outfielders to Consider for FanDuel

Nelson Cruz

Nelson Cruz is a very powerful hitter, and he has the ability to hit the ball over the fence every time he is at the plate. He is hitting almost .300 with 10 home runs and 32 RBIs. He should fare well tonight, so fire him up in all formats.

Bryce Harper

Bryce Harper is too cheap. That is plain and simple. His batting average is down, but he is still hitting home runs. He has 13 already this season, and he has great upside tonight against the St. Louis Cardinals. Use him in tournaments.

Jarrett Parker

Jarrett Parker has huge upside. He has three home runs in one game twice in his career; once in the majors and once in Triple-A. He is hitting in Coors Field, so the ball is going to travel off his bat better than normal. Angel Pagan and Hunter Pence are both dealing with injuries, so Parker should almost definitely start.
