Welcome to another wild Wednesday on Fanduel. In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball MLB lineup picks for FanDuel on 6/29/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from high-priced to low-priced options and identify options who will out-perform their expectations, including sleepers and value plays on FanDuel. We have a full slate on hand with games starting at 12:10 ET. Since there are seven day games, I'll be highlighting players from both sessions.
As for Vegas insights, the only heavy moneyline favorites tonight are the Cubs (-210), Yankees (-175) and Cardinals (-165). The contests with the highest over/unders are the Blue Jays-Rockies (12.5) and Twins-White Sox (10).

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target for FanDuel
Obviously Coors is in play, but for contingency plans consider the following:
Cardinals versus Edinson Volquez
Volquez was horrid his last outing, allowing 12 runs (11 earned) in one inning. Things don't get easier today versus a Cardinals lineup posting a .816 OPS versus RHP, 3rd best in baseball. Volquez also has a 6.82 ERA on the road this year, making this an obvious fade. Grab Matt Carpenter and Brandon Moss and fill in gaps from there.
Astros versus Jered Weaver
Don't look now but the Astros are starting to heat up, notably Carlos Correa. Last time I checked Jered Weaver is still slinging 87 mph heaters and has been horrendous at home (5.72 ERA). Multiple Astros have had success versus Weaver in their careers (if you buy into BvP), including Correa, George Springer, and Jose Altuve. You won't be able to afford them all, but mix and match them in lineups this afternoon.
Also Consider: Twins versus James Shields
DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for FanDuel
Danny Salazar (SP, CLE) - $10,700
Salazar has been arguably the best pitcher in the Indians rotation, a team with a MLB best 11-game winning streak. He is 5-0 in his past five outings with a 2.53 ERA and gets a tasty matchup here. While the Braves have been playing better over the past two weeks, their .659 OPS is 29th in baseball. Salazar is 50/50 material today.
Kyle Hendricks (SP, CHC) - $9,000
Hendricks has been the best No. 5 starter in baseball, posting a 2.45 ERA in the month of June. The Reds have a .697 OPS versus RHP, 26th overall, and are coming off a 15-inning contest last night. I like Hendricks to grab the win and complete the sweep today.
Jake Peavy (SP, SFG) - $7,200
Don't let the 5.22 ERA fool you. Peavy has been quietly putting together a solid string of starts, posting a 2.63 ERA and 20/6 K/BB ratio in June. The A's .691 OPS versus RHP is 27th in baseball, making this a juicy flier for tourney formats.
DFS Infielders to Consider for FanDuel
Catcher (C)
Willson Contreras (C, CHC) - $3,100
I'll keep playing him until his price goes past $3,500. Your move, FanDuel.
First Base (1B)
Wil Myers (1B, SD) - $3,700
Contrary to popular belief, Petco has been a haven for Myers. He has a .337/.367/.627 slash at home, including a .323 average in the month of June.
Also Consider: Brandon Moss (1B, STL) - $3,400
Second Base (2B)
Jonathan Schoop (2B, BAL) - $3,600
Owners who paid up for Schoop on draft day have been rewarded by his strong first half. He has a .347/.388/.589 slash this month and gets a juicy L/R matchup today.
Shortstop (SS)
Tim Anderson (SS, CWS) - $2,500
Getting a leadoff hitter versus Ricky Nolasco for $2.5K just doesn't feel right. Anderson is hitting .343 in the leadoff spot and should see plenty of run scoring opportunities in a game projected at 10 runs.
Third Base (3B)
Adrian Beltre (3B, TEX) - $2,900
Beltre has been on fire lately, averaging 20 FanDuel points over his past four games. Masahiro Tanaka is a difficult matchup, but the idea is that will detract players from Beltre, making this is an appealing value play.
DFS Outfielders to Consider for FanDuel
Adam Jones (OF, BAL) - $3,800
It's a homecoming for Jones, who already homered in the first contest on Tuesday. He's scored over 25 FanDuel points in his past three games and should continue his offensive surge today.
Lonnie Chisenhall (OF, CLE) - $3,500
Chisenhall has been red hot for the Indians, averaging 16.5 points over his past seven contests. He's hitting .303 versus RHP and should once again find himself in the lineup today.
Aaron Hicks (OF, NYY) - $2,300
The injury to Carlos Beltran increasing the likelihood Hicks cracks the lineup again today, and he's got a good matchup at bargain pricing. He is 3-for-3 with a home run lifetime versus Nick Martinez and provides a HR/SB potential for tourney formats.
Also Consider: Max Kepler (OF, MIN) - $3,000 and Justin Upton (OF, DET) - $2,500
