It is Sunday-fun day!

The games start early, so be sure to wake up early and read this article.

Editor's Note: RotoBaller has the best Premium MLB Subscription for only $1.99 per week. We have all the tools to help win your seasonal and daily leagues: Hitter & Pitcher Streamers, Matchup Ratings for every player, Sleeper Surgers for AVG, HR, Ks, PLUS Daily DFS Cheat Sheets, Lineup Picks, Expert Lineups, Stacks and Avoids.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball MLB lineup picks for FanDuel on 7/17/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from high-priced to low-priced options and identify options who will out-perform their expectations, including sleepers and value plays on FanDuel.

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target for FanDuel

Tampa Bay Rays

The Tampa Bay Rays get a great matchup tonight against the Baltimore Orioles and Dylan Bundy. Bundy is not going to keep them off of the scoreboard, and for the most part, the Rays' players are very cheap. This is a great stack to use with an elite pitching option.

New York Mets

The New York Mets should be able to hit the Philadelphia Phillies and Zach Eflin tonight. Eflin is not one of the better pitchers in the league, and the Mets have looked solid of recent at the plate. Use their top hitters.

Cincinnati Reds

The Cincinnati Reds are facing off against the Milwaukee Brewers in Cincinnati. Zach Davies is set to take the mound, and the Red should take advantage of their great matchup. Great American Ballpark is fantastic for hitting home runs, so stack the Reds in tournaments.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for FanDuel

Max Scherzer

Max Scherzer is the best pitching option on the board. He gets a great matchup against a struggling Pittsburgh Pirates' team, and he strikes out batters more than almost anyone in the league. He will likely outscore all other pitching options on the board, so pay up for him tonight.

Michael Fulmer

Michael Fulmer is worth a look in tournaments. His price tag is moderately low, and he should be able to handle himself against the Kansas City Royals. The Royals are not one of the better hitting teams in the league, and Fulmer is having a fantastic season so far in 2016.

DFS Infielders to Consider for FanDuel

Catcher (C) - Cameron Rupp

Forget about the terrible matchup tonight. Cameron Rupp is worth using in tournaments due to his low price tag. He is hammering the ball right now, hitting close to .400 over his last 10 games.

First Base (1B) - Chris Carter

Chris Carter has a ton of power, especially when he is hitting in Cincinnati, which is a very hitter-friendly ballpark. He has over 20 home runs on the season, and his upside is through the roof against Dan Straily.

Second Base (2B) - Jonathan Schoop

Jonathan Schoop has had a great season so far, hitting .299 with 23 doubles, 15 home runs, and 53 RBIs. He is a big part of the Baltimore Orioles offense, and his price tag is down right now. Take advantage of that in tournaments.

Shortstop (SS) - Aledmys Diaz

While he does not get the greatest matchup in the world, he also does not get the worst tonight. Diaz is crushing the ball right now, and he should be used in both 50/50 contests and tournaments. The St. Louis Cardinals should score against the Miami Marlins.

Third Base (3B) - Jose Ramirez

The Minnesota Twins have one of the worst pitching staffs in the league, and Jose Ramirez is hitting over .300 in his last 10 games. He should be able to at least hit value tonight, so use him in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

DFS Outfielders to Consider for FanDuel

Marcell Ozuna

Marcell Ozuna has been struggling of recent, so now is a great time to use him in tournaments. His own-percentage will be low, and he is one of the better hitters in the league. Barry Bonds taught him right!

Adam Duvall

Adam Duvall has too much upside and power to avoid in tournaments, especially with how long his price tag is. The Milwaukee Brewers are going to attempt to keep the Cincinnati Reds off of the scoreboard, but that likely will not happen. Duvall is a home run hitting machine.
