DFS Lineup Stacks to Target for FanDuel
Chicago Cubs
The Chicago Cubs get a great matchup tonight against the Colorado Rockies and Tyler Anderson. Anderson has actually pitched rather well this season, but he is liable to give up quite a few runs against the best offense in baseball, especially with the Coors' bump. There is no doubt about it - the Cubs are the top stack of the night.
New York Yankees
With Jered Weaver on the mound for the Los Angeles Angels, it is a smart move to stack the New York Yankees in tournaments. Weaver used to have a threatening arm, but not anymore. He has been awful so far this season, and the Yankees are likely going to post a few runs to the scoreboard tonight.
St. Louis Cardinals
The St. Louis Cardinals are worth stacking in both 50/50 contests and tournaments. Adam Morgan is on the mound for the Philadelphia Phillies, and he is just terrible. The Phillies have a horrible pitching staff to begin with, and Morgan is one of the worst ones in the rotation. Attack him as much as possible.
DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for FanDuel
Cole Hamels gets a great matchup tonight against the Tampa Bay Rays, and he has been solid all season long. Currently, he has an ERA under three, and he should continue to pitch well tonight. The Rays have solid upside, but Hamels can be used in both 50/50 contests and tournaments at his current price tag.
Wade LeBlanc is worth consideration in tournaments tonight against the Milwaukee Brewers. The Brewers are not one of the better hitting teams in the league, and LeBlanc has solid upside. He posted over 40 fantasy points in his last game, which was against the Oakland Athletics, and if he does that again, it'll be a great start toward winning that tournament.
DFS Infielders to Consider for FanDuel
Catcher (C) - Yasmani Grandal
Yasmani Grandal is one of the best hitting catchers in the league, and his power gives him huge upside in tournaments. Tonight, he is hitting in a very hitter-friendly ballpark in Cincinnati. The Reds are not going to be able to keep the Dodgers from running up the scoreboard, and Grandal will be a part of that.
First Base (1B) - Adrian Gonzalez
Well, the Los Angeles Dodgers find their way onto this recommendation list twice in a row. Adrian Gonzalez is too cheap tonight. He recently posted over 50 fantasy points against the Philadelphia Phillies, hitting two home runs in one game, and he is traveling into a stadium that is known for helping power hitters. This is a win all situation.
Second Base (2B) - Josh Harrison
Josh Harrison is really starting to turn his game around. Over his last 10 games, he is hitting over .300, which is great for cash games. His price tag is low, and he gets a solid matchup tonight. Use him in all formats.
Shortstop (SS) - Chris Owings
Chris Owings is entirely too cheap tonight. He has been crushing the ball for the Arizona Diamondbacks, and he should continue to do so against the San Diego Padres tonight. Petco Park is great for pitchers, but Owings is too hot to pass on right now.
Third Base (3B) - Jose Ramirez
This one has to be a joke. Jose Ramirez is literally the best fantasy player in baseball right now. He has nine steals in his last 10 games with a batting average around the .400 mark. There is absolutely no reason to not roster him. Use him in every single lineup without hesitation.
DFS Outfielders to Consider for FanDuel
Rajai Davis has been hitting the ball well of recent, and his upside is through the roof due to his great speed. He has over 30 fantasy points in two of his last five games, and on the season, he has over 30 stolen bases. Use him in tournaments tonight against the Toronto Blue Jays and Francisco Liriano.
Angel Pagan does not get the best matchup in the world tonight, but he is worth using in both 50/50 contests and tournaments due to his outrageous price tag. He is hitting over .400 in his last 10 games, and he has been solid all season long. FanDuel messed this one up; take advantage.
