In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for FanDuel on 5/10/2019. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

FanDuel DFS Pitchers
Zack Wheeler: NYM vs MIA ($9,200)
Wheeler is coming off of an outstanding start in Milwaukee against the high-powered Brewers where he struck out 10 batters in seven innings with just two earned runs allowed. Over the last month, Wheeler has 38 strikeouts in 33 innings with a 3.00 ERA, notching a quality start in four of his last five outings. He should tear through the Marlins lineup, as their .264 wOBA ranks them dead last in all of baseball against right-handed pitching. Miami also has the third-highest K-rate against righties at 26.8%. Wheeler is a stellar investment with this matchup.
Trevor Cahill: LAA at BAL ($6,100)
Cahill is one of the cheapest starters on the slate, and he completely deserves it, entering Friday with an unsightly 6.95 ERA. The only reason Cahill is worth looking at is because of his matchup against a weak Orioles team - they've got just a .299 wOBA versus righties this year. Cahill will save you payroll and act as a contrarian play, so in the case that he performs well, he will be quite valuable. However, I'd only target Cahill in GPP contests, as he is a very risky bet.
FanDuel DFS Infielders
Mark Reynolds: 1B, COL vs SDP ($3,000)
After homering out of the cleanup spot yesterday, Reynolds should be back in the lineup as the Rockies face another lefty in Eric Lauer. Reynolds crushed lefties to the tune of a 133 wRC+ last season and is in a valuable spot for RBI batting fourth in Coors Field, the league's top offensive environment.
Whit Merrifield: 2B, KAN vs PHI ($4,000)
Merrifield has been on fire over the last two weeks, posting a .999 OPS with two homers and two steals. His elite power/speed combo is matched by few players, which makes him one of the highest upside players in fantasy. Merrifield is playable in any contest, as his spot as the Royals leadoff hitter gives him a strong floor to go with his ceiling.
Rafael Devers: 3B, BOS vs SEA ($3,300)
The Red Sox are back at home in hitter-friendly Fenway Park, and they should put up lots of runs on Erik Swanson. Swanson has a 5.08 FIP through 23 1/3 innings in the bigs, and Devers is an affordable option from the Boston lineup. Devers is best used as a part of a Red Sox stack, although Devers' .365 batting average over the last 15 days makes a case for him as a standalone play.
Jean Segura: SS, PHI at KAN ($3,900)
Segura has an awesome matchup against Homer Bailey, who has a 5.25 ERA for the Royals. Segura is a safe bet to produce batting second for the Phillies, so I'd try to get him in your cash games.
FanDuel DFS Outfielders
Shohei Ohtani: OF, LAA at BAL ($3,500)
Ohtani obliterated right-handed pitching last year, posting an insane .313/.387/.656 line with 20 homers in 257 plate appearances. He should get things going in a hitter's park in Baltimore against Dan Straily, owner of an awful 7.43 ERA. Ohtani is a steal at his price, especially for a guy batting third behind Mike Trout.
Max Kepler: OF, MIN vs DET ($3,700)
As the Twins leadoff hitter, Kepler will be able to maximize the number of plate appearances he gets, which will give him the best opportunity to score some fantasy points. He should be able to score against Tigers starter Tyson Ross, who has a 5.34 ERA after getting melted by the Royals in his last time out.
