Tonight's main slate starts at 7:05 pm eastern and covers all 15 matchups. Looks like we've got another exciting Friday of baseball ahead of us.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for FanDuel on 6/14/2019. The picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

FanDuel DFS Pitchers

Gerrit Cole: HOU vs TOR ($12,000)

Cole is an extremely expensive investment at starting pitcher, but he's one of the very few who can actually justify a price this high. His 38.6% K-rate is bonkers, and his 2.88 Deserved Run Average is a good indicator of his true talent level. This is a fantastic matchup for Cole, as the Blue Jays have an awful .287 wOBA against right-handers, which is fourth-lowest in the majors. He's a lock to produce for you if you're willing to look for some cheap batters.

Eduardo Rodriguez: BOS at BAL ($8,500)

Rodriguez has frustrated fantasy owners this year with his 5.00 ERA, but his 3.78 FIP suggests that he should have much better results going forward. His .347 BABIP and 68.5% LOB rate both indicate that he's been unlucky thus far. Rodriguez is still striking out batters at a healthy 25.7% clip, and he has lots of upside against an Orioles lineup that strikes out 26.1% of the time against lefties. He's a strong option if you don't want to pay up for an ace like Gerrit Cole.

FanDuel DFS Infielders

Jose Abreu: 1B, CWS vs NYY ($3,800)

Abreu is a power upside bat to target at first base, as he's got 16 homers with 52 RBI out of the White Sox three-hole. He's been much better against left-handed pitching this year, batting .306 with just a 13.0% strikeout-rate. Yankees starter CC Sabathia is getting killed by homers, as he's got a 2.41 HR/9, so this is a perfect spot for Abreu's power to shine.

Jonathan Schoop: 2B, MIN vs KAN ($3,200)

Everybody in the Twins lineup is a good option right now, as their relentless offense is on pace to shatter the home run record for a single season. While a guy batting seventh wouldn't usually be able to produce counting stats, Schoop can easily do so on this team. At a very weak second base position, he's one of the only attractive options.

Jose Ramirez: 3B, CLE at DET ($3,000)

A fantasy superstar last year, Ramirez has had a puzzling 2019 campaign where his value has only been salvaged by his 16 steals. Still, at this price he's worth a look against Ryan Carpenter, who has an abysmal 7.89 ERA. Ramirez is walking more than he's striking out against lefties, and there's still hope that his elite abilities will show some time soon.

Marcus Semien: SS, OAK vs SEA ($3,600)

As the A's leadoff hitter, Semien will see lots of plate appearances, giving him opportunities to get on base and score some runs. He's got career bests in his walk and strikeout rates and has a fantastic opportunity against Marco Gonzales, owner of a 4.77 ERA and a 5.12 SIERA.

FanDuel DFS Outfielders

Whit Merrifield: OF, KAN at MIN ($3,500)

Merrifield is another modestly priced leadoff hitter worth considering. He's crushing right-handed pitching to the tune of a 126 wRC+ and faces a mediocre starter in Kyle Gibson. Merrifield's recent cold spell has lead to his price dropping, but he is a stellar source of speed with 45 steals in 2018, and can easily get you some points on the basepaths.

Yordan Alvarez: OF, HOU vs TOR ($3,400)

Alvarez is finally in the majors and is already paying dividends, with two home runs in his first three games. Alvarez produced a monster .343/.443/.742 line in triple-A and gets an easy opposing starter in Aaron Sanchez, who has a 4.86 FIP.
