FanDuel DFS Guards
Kyrie Irving - PG, BKN vs. NY ($9,700)
We were all over Kyrie last game and he went bonkers. We obviously can’t expect that again, but the Nets did end up losing and I think Kyrie will want to come back out and get a win against a weaker Knicks squad. I do think his incredibly high usage will remain and I wouldn’t be surprised to see close to 30%. Irving is this entire Nets offense with Durant sidelined and he’s going to have a huge year. The Knicks are going to feel the wrath of Kyrie tonight and I’m projecting 55+ fantasy points.
Andrew Wiggins - SG, MIN @ CHA ($6,700)
Wiggins was actually terrible last game, even though he escaped with a decent fantasy game. He’ll have every chance to bounce back in this game against a fast-paced Hornets squad. The world may not know it just yet, but this Hornets squad is going to go from one of the slowest to one of the fastest in just one year. Wiggins is obviously not afraid to shoot and he has insane upside if he gets hot. He’s actually pretty safe just because of how many shots he takes and how many minutes he’ll be on the floor. I’m not the biggest fan of Andrew Wiggins in real-life, but this match-up is phenomenal and he won’t be popular.

Kristaps Porzingis - PF, DAL @ NO ($8,500)
Porzingis only played 29 minutes against the Wizards, and he scored about a fantasy point per minute while in the game. It was over by the middle of the third quarter and Porzingis wasn’t asked to do much at all in the second half. He now gets to face off with the Pelicans, who will keep it close and offer up a tremendous match-up. The Pelicans are one of the fastest teams in the NBA and they lack much of an interior presence on defense. Derrick Favors and Brandon Ingram will do their best, but Kristaps is a unicorn for a reason. He doesn’t match-up well with just about anyone, let alone those guys. Porzingis will be over 40 fantasy points tonight and he isn’t expensive enough on FanDuel.
Richaun Holmes - PF, SAC vs. POR ($3,700)
With Marvin Bagley ruled out for nearly two months, Richaun Holmes is going to play a huge role on this Kings offense. They brought him in to do just this, but they couldn’t have expected it would be this early. Holmes has been a phenomenal fantasy player over the course of his career, averaging well over a fantasy point per minute. The Blazers are weak down low and offer up a ton of peripherals to big men. In my cash games, there’s no way I can get away from Holmes. I’m fully expecting 28-32 minutes and value will be hit at halftime if that’s the case.
FanDuel DFS Centers
Karl-Anthony Towns - C, MIN @ CHA ($11,500)
We have two insanely strong options at center today. Nikola Jokic is facing the fast Suns without Deandre Ayton, and that could certainly get ugly. I think Jokic finishes in the 60's tonight. I just think Towns has even more upside. We all think of this Hornets team as a slow-it-down squad, but it's far from the truth. They're going to be one of the fastest teams in basketball and the Timberwolves will be as well. This game is going to hit the over and I like both sides of the ball. KAT is my favorite play on the slate and I'll have him everywhere. I just don't see any chance Cody Zeller or P.J. Washington can cover him.
