FanDuel DFS Guards
Derrick Rose - PG, vs ATL ($7,500)
Rose has been playing for an injured Jeff Teague, and the latter has already been ruled out for tonight. Excluding his recent injury, Rose has scored 43.6 and 48.1 fantasy points in his last two healthy games. He now gets an elite matchup against the Atlanta Hawks, who feature one of the worst defensive backcourts in the NBA. Rose will also see an uptick in pace, and his ability to score should be on full display tonight.
Lou Williams - SG, at LAL ($6,200)
Williams is a risky option because of his lack of minutes, but he features plenty of usage while on the court. In his last three games with 20+ minutes, he has scored 39.6, 38.9, and 41.2 fantasy points. He failed to play more than 25 minutes in any of those games, though. He gets an elite matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers in what will be one of the fastest paced games of the night. Williams certainly comes with risk, but he also comes with tremendous upside for his price tag.
FanDuel DFS Forwards
Danilo Gallinari - SF, at LAL ($7,100)
Gallinari has seen limited minutes in two of his last three games because of blowouts, but he's still averaging 22.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.0 assists in 30.2 minutes per game over the last 10 days. If this game stays close, Gallinari will likely see minutes in the mid- to high-30s, and he comes with tremendous upside. He's a scorer and will benefit tremendously from the pace of this game. Gallinari can be considered in all leagues.
Kyle Kuzma - PF, vs LAC ($7,200)
It was clear that Kuzma was going to take over the offense with LeBron James out, and that's what happened last night. He saw 24 shot attempts and nine free throw attempts in 40 minutes of action. If this game is relatively close, Kuzma will likely be locked into big minutes again, and he'll be a featured part of the offense. He's still entirely too cheap for his new role, and it would be wise to use him in all leagues on this slate.
FanDuel DFS Centers
Cody Zeller - C, vs BKN ($5,000)
This is an interesting play, as Zeller has looked awful recently, averaging only 14.9 fantasy points per game over his last four games. With that being said, Zeller was averaging 30.4 fantasy points per game in his six games prior to that. He gets an elite matchup against the Brooklyn Nets, who feature arguably the worst defense in the NBA against centers. Zeller will likely see limited minutes, but he's a cheap option, who has the potential to exceed value in this matchup.
