This has been an extremely odd week. Generally, we have small Tuesdays and Thursdays with large Monday and Friday slates. That hasn't been the case this week, though, and today's slate is only five games. With that being said, I usually write a Tuesday article, so I'm used to the smaller slate, and we'll find the value tonight.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 2/1/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks.
Make sure you don't set your lineups too early and also be sure to check player statuses and availability prior to opening tip. Find me in the NBA Chat Room or @BalesSJustin on Twitter.

FanDuel DFS Guards
Trae Young - PG, at UTA ($7,300)
Young has caught fire recently, as he's averaging 21.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 9.0 assists (38.5 fantasy points) in 31.1 minutes per game over the last 10 days. He gets a tough matchup against the Utah Jazz, but that will likely keep Young's ownership low tonight. He has flashed 50+ fantasy point upside, and he'll be locked into big minutes in this game. Young has been playing well enough to be considered in cash games and tournaments tonight.
Monte Morris - SG, vs HOU ($4,500)
Morris drew the start in the Denver Nuggets last game because of an injury to Jamal Murray. In that start, Morris recorded 20 points with seven rebounds, seven assists, and two steals (44.9 fantasy points) in 39 minutes. He's set to draw the start and see big minutes once again tonight. He also gets a solid matchup against the Houston Rockets. Morris comes with an extremely low price tag, and he is arguably the safest option on the slate.
FanDuel DFS Forwards
Mario Hezonja - SF, vs BOS ($4,400)
The New York Knicks recently made a blockbuster trade, although many believe it does not favor them. That will open up minutes for players like Hezonja, who recently found himself in the rotation. He has played bigger minutes in each of his last three games, scoring 21.9, 19.8, and 28.5 fantasy points in that time. He could see a bigger role in the offense tonight, though, and Hezonja is a high upside option when on the court. He's cheap enough to be considered in all leagues.
Jerami Grant - PF, at MIA ($6,000)
Grant is a player that has performed extremely well for quite some time, but his price tag never truly represents that. He has scored 30+ fantasy points in six of his last 10 games, and he's averaging 33.6 fantasy points per game over that span. Furthermore, he has flashed upside recently, scoring 35.9 and 39.4 fantasy points in his last two games. He gets a solid matchup against the Miami Heat, and Grant makes an elite option in all leagues tonight.
FanDuel DFS Centers
Al Horford - C, at NY ($7,900)
Horford recently saw his minutes restriction get lifted, and he has been on fire ever since. Over the last 10 days, he's averaging 16.7 points, 10.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 3.3 blocks, and 1.3 steals (46.9 fantasy points) in only 29.2 minutes per game. Overall, Horford has recorded 40+ fantasy points in each of his last four games, and he gets a great matchup against a weak New York Knicks defense tonight. He's finally getting a bit expensive, but it's a small slate, and Horford still comes with some value at his current price tag, even with Kyrie Irving returning tonight.
