Ladies (one or two reading this) and gentlemen, here is your late game Daily Fantasy Baseball lineup advice for the late games on April 15th, 2013:
Took the weekend off from articles but still played daily fantasy baseball and had a nice weekend. Looking forward to what should be a nice week. Let's shoot for 5-0.
Prime Time Play Monday: Domonic Brown ($3,200) - What can Brown do for you tonight? Hopefully carry your fantasy team with a nice game. He is 3-5 with two doubles and a homer in his career against Arroyo. So he owns Arroyo and is dirt cheap? Yes please!
Case of the Mondays: Jose Bautista ($4,500) - Big price tag and is 1-11 in his career against Gavin Floyd. Avoid him and his balky wrist today.
RotoCole's Primary FanDuel Lineup:
P: Tom Milone ($6,800) - As long as he doesn't walk too many guys he should be able to go 7 innings, strike out 5 and pick up the win against Houston.
C: Derek Norris ($3,300) - I like the hot-hitting Norris against Astros lefty Erik Bedard. He should stay hot in this juicy righty-lefty matchup.
1B: Paul Konerko ($3,300) - So cheap, and the matchup will be fun to watch. He homered last night and gets to face his old buddy Mark Buehrle. Konerko could very well homer again tonight.
2B: Chase Utley ($4,400) - Has cooled off a bit but who better to face than Bronson Arroyo when you're struggling?
3B: Jeff Keppinger ($2,700) - Has never faced Buehrle but went 2-4 last night and is dirt cheap.
SS: Jimmy Rollins ($3,800) - Had the day off yesterday so he should be good to go tonight. He is 6-18 in his career against Arroyo.
OF: Matt Kemp ($3,700) - Has struggled big time but I love his matchup against lefty Eric Stultz. Could be his bust-out performance.
OF: Josh Hamilton ($3,800) - He has found his stroke and is still relatively cheap. With another nice matchup today he should be owned in all formats.
OF: Dominic Brown ($3,200) - Prime Time Play of Monday. Start him on every daily fantasy site.
Lineup Analysis: I went with a couple mini-stacks between the White Sox and Phillies. I like both of their lineups' chances at blowing up the scoreboard today. I am ecstatic that I was able to afford Oakland A's starter Tom Milone, who I see as today's second-best pitching option after Cliff Lee. I really like my chances with this lineup tonight. Happy daily fantasy gaming!
