Todd Frazier may very well not be with the Cincinnati Reds by the end of the Winter Meetings, according to USA Today.
All of the bigger names in Cincy have been rumored to be traded away at some point this off-season. The All-Star third baseman’s name has come up multiple times. The Cleveland Indians might be the front-runner for 29-year-old slugger. It’s unclear which player or players the Reds could get in return but the Indians do have one of the better pitching staffs in the American League although they are desperate for more offense.

A handful of players had the opportunity to play third base in Cleveland this past season. None of those players won the job over with their offense. If Frazier was plugged in at third, he would be a major upgrade. The reigning Home Run Derby champion’s average dropped to .255 but he slammed 35 HR and drove in 89 runs. Frazier and Michael Bradley would make for a great 1-2 punch in the middle of the lineup.
