MLB Pitcher Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Shane Bieber OVER 6.5 strikeouts (+100 DraftKings Sportsbook)
This prop will not be at even money very long today as Bieber has gone over this total in four of his last five starts, including a 10-strikeout performance against these Tigers in his most recent start. The Tigers have been struggling quite a bit vs. right-handed pitching as well as they have posted a 27.2% K rate over the previous two weeks, which ranks second-worst in baseball. They have also paired that with a pedestrian 84 wRC+ mark over the same span.
Jon Gray OVER 4.5 strikeouts (-165 DraftKings Sportsbook)
This could be a little Dicey as Gray has eclipsed this total in just one start this season, but it came two starts ago against the Angels where he struck out eight. This is an Athletics team that was topping the charts in terms of K rate vs. right-handers not so long ago and are still posting a rate north of 20% while also posting an average 96 wRC+ mark.

MLB Hitter Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Cesar Hernandez OVER 1.5 total bases (+105 DraftKings Sportsbook)
This is a sneaky play that not a lot of folks will be looking at today. Gomber has given up four home runs and allowed a 5.29 FIP to right-handed hitters this season. Meanwhile, Cesar Hernandez has collected hits in nine of his previous 10 games while collecting multiple hits in four of those nine games. He has also hit left-handed pitching to the tune of a .718 OPS with four doubles. The Rockies' pen has also been the worst in baseball in terms of ERA and has also posted a 1.47 WHIP, which is second-worst in baseball.
Jose Altuve OVER 1.5 total bases (+105 DraftKings Sportsbook)
Altuve has been putting a hurting on right-handers this season as he has five homers, four doubles, and a .931 OPS. He has also collected hits in 10 of his previous 11 games and has multiple hits in three of his previous six games. Chris Flexen has struggled vs. right-handed hitters this season as noted by his 6.02 FIP and six home runs allowed. The Mariners' pen has also posted the 10th-worst WHIP at 1.27 this season.
