BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 36% of leagues
ANALYSIS: You might want to give Gary Harris a few days before committing/rostering him because of what happened on Friday: rookie Jalen Suggs made his comeback to the court after missing all games since Nov. 29. If you remember, Suggs was the starting PG/SG for the Magic in the first 21 games of the season while he was available as Harris was relegated to an off-the-pine role. That might happen again, or Harris might keep the starting nod at the SG position with Suggs taking on lead-guard duties (not so clear with Cole Anthony excelling this season, though).
Even if Harris hits the pine, the vet has turned into a superb performer for the Magic this year (about time, bro!) and, all things considered, he might join Terrence Ross in hitting the trade market as we approach the Feb. 10 deadline. Harris is not the oldest of guys out there (27 years old) but he doesn't entirely align with the Magic's rebuild/timeline so it could make sense for Orlando to move him soon, even more doing so now that he's probably hit peak-value levels of play.
Harris is averaging a fantastic 16-2-2-1 line on a per-game basis that pretty much highlights what he is and why he will stay a valuable asset even as part of a second-unit: scoring, buckets, points, baskets, field goals, you name it. Harris is a heater, full stop. He contribs some boards, some dimes, and very good steal numbers (almost one per game), but his turnovers are at 1.2 (not overboard but a bit high for his 1.9 APG), and at the end of the day he's hoisting 4.9 3PA-- 50% of his total shots come from beyond the arc. Harris is putting them in at a 36.4% clip while shooting 44.7% from the field on the year and almost 85% from the charity stripe.

Fantasy Basketball Deeper-League Waiver Wire Adds for Week 24: Isaac Okoro, Kris Dunn, Josh Richardson, Corey Kispert, Delon Wright
The deeper a fantasy basketball league, the harder it is to hit a winner with your last few picks. It is also harder to find decent help from the waiver wire if your late-round picks don't do you justice. If you picked up a few stinkers, don't lose hope just yet. I will try to […]
Onyeka Okongwu (SF/PF, ATL): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 16% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Hawks are currently the 10th seed in the East but are also tied for 8th and 9th with Brooklyn and Charlotte respectively. There's even a chance (albeit small) that Atlanta could rise as high as to reach the 7th seed if […]
Immanuel Quickley (PG, NYK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 48% of leagues ANALYSIS: If we use common basketball sense, then the New York Knicks and Coach Thibs should try and see what the young guys such as Immanuel Quickley have in them and what they can provide the franchise with ROS, as the NYK are […]
Deni Avdija (SG/SF, WAS): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 37% of leagues ANALYSIS: One would reasonably think that a player seeing a playing-time boost such as that of Deni Avdija's this month would make said player drop his efficiency numbers. Well, not the case for the Wiz Wing by the looks of it. Avdija has […]
Nicolas Claxton (PF/C, BRK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 24% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Nets can finally rest assured they'll make the play-in portion of the season. Not quite what you expected when the season got rolling back in October, but at least more than what the Lakers would have accomplished a week from now. […]
