The 31-year-old has been one of the better hitters during the ALCS. Gordon has a .313 BA with two doubles after a .235 BA in the ALDS.
The Royals are up 3-2 in the series and could put it away on Friday and advance to their second straight World Series. If not, there will be a decisive Game 7 on Saturday. The winner of the series will host the New York Mets. Kansas City could use the three-time All-Star to keep up with the offense of the Blue Jays. Gordon had a .271 BA with 13 HR and 48 RBI this season.
