ANALYSIS: The Cardinals' outfield logjam has been a consistent source of consternation for fantasy owners in 2018. Thanks to injury (Dexter Fowler), trade (Tommy Pham), and defensive concerns (Jose Martinez), Harrison Bader is finally getting everyday at-bats, and he's making the most of them. The rookie already has seven multi-hit games in August, helping him to a .365/.424/.635 line during the month with three home runs, three stolen bases, and 23 R+BI in 17 games. He has also recorded an extra-base hit in each of his last four contests.

Overall, Bader has slashed .286/.356/.455 with nine homers and 12 steals in only 285 plate appearances. Just 24 years old, he looks to have a bright future - and enough promise in the present that he ought to be rostered in more than one out of every five Yahoo leagues.
