Harry Douglas (WR, ATL) - Waiver Wire Pickups

BALLER MOVE: Add in Deeper PPR Leagues (Bye Week Fill-In)

OWNED IN: 10% of Fleaflicker Leagues

ANALYSIS: Don't let Julio Jones and Roddy White deter you from trusting Harry Douglas as a fantasy option if you need help during your bye weeks. No, you are not going to start him as a WR1 or even a regular WR2, but at just 6% owned, he does have fantasy value. Coming off a 1,000-yard season, a foot injury has prevented Douglas from producing. The sixth-year veteran had eight targets each of the first two weeks, and is expected to be re-worked back into mix after returning from his injury in Week 8. Douglas is not a particularly strong touchdown threat, but especially without a proven, reliable tight end, Douglas plays the role of Matt Ryan's security blanket over the middle. On a pass heavy team like the Falcons, that can equate to quality touches, especially against a porous Tampa Bay defense in Week 10. Douglas can be a flex option in PPR leagues and in deeper standard leagues as well, so grab him off the Week 10 waiver wire if you're in a bind for wide receivers.
